Security and Extra Jobs Requests
The Precinct One Constables Department does not work security or
"extra jobs" at bars, clubs etc.
Emphesis is placed on working community events, fund raisers,
charity events, school and sporting events and events where public safety
is of concern.
Such events include: The Hempstead Watermelon Festival,
Waller County Fair, Parades, High school football, basketball and baseball games,
funeral escorts and the MS 150
and Bluebonnet Express bike races that go
through Waller County.
These events are generally worked without receiving
payment for doing so.
